At WANDRVEL, we know you’re itching to get back out there. Our goal is to get your gear into your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible, no matter where the trail leads.
1. Processing Times

Standard Orders: Please allow 5-10 business days for us to pack and ship your order.

Peak Seasons: During holidays or major sales, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Note: We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer tiered shipping options to get your gear to you on your timeline. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. International Shipping

Duties & Taxes: Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. WANDRVEL is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has joined the "great outdoors" (shipped), you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
5. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses
We do ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via [Courier Name, e.g., USPS], though delivery times may be slightly longer.
6. Missing or Damaged Packages

Damaged Gear: If your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us at wandrvel@gmail.com within 48 hours.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you can’t find your package, check with neighbors or your local post office first. If it's still missing after 3 days, reach out to us.
